Mary Oblander
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Mary Elizabeth Oblander, who would have been 89 years of age Oct 27. She died Sunday evening at Holdenville General Hospital. Mrs. Oblander had been a Holdenville resident the past 20 years and a resident of Boyce Manor Nursing Home the past six years. She was born in Afton, Mo., Oct. 27, 1880.
Rev. Tom Johnson will officiate at the United Pentecostal Church, 716 S. Broadway. Burial will be at Holdenville Cemetery under direction of Hudson Funeral Home.
Survivors are: five sons, Earl Hamilton, Holdenville; Arthur Hamilton, Odessa, Tex.; Clarence Hamilton, Oklahoma City; Otto Hamilton, Los Angeles, Calif.; 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim England, Parigold, Ark., and one sister, Maggie Burgess of Clarksville, Tex.
Bearers will be: Jack White, Orville Rose, Lloyd Fry, Ebb Martin, Jack Jones, Kelsey McCoy, Bert Arthur will be honorary pall bearer."
