ST. FRANCISVILLE, Ill. - - - Edna Carey, 73, of the Uited Methodist Village in Lawrencevile, died at 8 a.m. CST Wednesday at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital.
She was a former St. Francisville resident, born on Dec. 31, 1910, to Burk and Sarah Griesemer Blevins. Her husband, Chelsea Blevins, preceded her in death.
She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Surviving are sons, Jack of Aurora, John of St. Francisville and Ed of Hodgesville, W. Va.; a daughter, Wilta Springer of Pinellas Park, Fla.; a brother, Charles Richardson, in Wisconsin; and a sister, Erma Ramsey of Oaktown, Ind.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. CST Saturday at the Cunningham-Nichols Funeral Home. The Rev. Ken Schaeffer will officiate and burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
