Dies Of Blood Poisoning
Clone Byrd, 33 years old and married, died at his home in Hadley, Monday afternoon of Blood poisoning. He had only been ill since Thursday. The blood poisoning had it's inception in a wound on his hand which he had received from a baseball. He is survived by a widow and one child. He had been engaged in farming and dairy business.
* The couple had one other child Hildred that was born on June 7, 1904 in Hendricks Co., Indiana and died on Sept. 8, 1904 in Coatsville, Hendricks Co, Indiana. I am unsure of the place of her burial. Father William R. Byrd and mother Sarah.
