BRECKENRIDGE - Golda Baccus, 82, died Tuesday at an Abilene hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Melton Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Cecil Harper officiating. Burial will be in Breckenridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Baccus was born in Seymour, was a longtime Breckenridge resident, graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1926 and Draughon's Business College in Abilene in 1930.
She operated Baccus Grocery and later worked for Dave Masner Insurance Company.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Carrie Bates Sunday school class and a charter member of Woman's Forum.
She was the widow of Sam Baccus.
Survivors include a niece, Ouida Hagar of Beaverton, Ore.; a great-niece, Linda Eterman of North Vancouver, British Columbia; and two great-nephews, Kim Ledbetter of Lake Oswego, Ore.; and Kris Ledbetter of Beaverton.
