Jesse Yoakum died at his home at 1030 Thursday evening. Mr. Yoakum was a native of Ross county, Ohio in 1822. he was just married to Alice McCoy in 1861, who died ten years after, leaving one child, Fannie, who died several years later. On May 28, 1878 he was united in marriage to Emma Blaine at Decatur. One son, William was born to them, who died several years ago. The Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 8:30 at the house, Rev. Dancey officiating. Interment a Bement cemetery March 16.
