The Screven County native was a member of First Baptist church of Winter Haven, Fla.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Marion Buchhert of Charleston, Tenn., Mrs. Frances Kent and Mrs. Martha McCorkle, both of Savannah, and Mrs. Lorraine Garman of Atlanta; a son, Edmond Perkins of Plant City, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Lena Evans of Newington; a brother, Rabun Brantley of Sylvania; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Service: 3 p.m. Saturday in Green Hill Baptist church Cemetery in Sylvania
