Mrs. Bonita M. Bohannan, 84, of Clovis, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, at Plains Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 20, 1918, in Lawton, Okla. to Ed and Francina Cox Kleeman.
She came to Clovis in 1942. She married V.C. Bohannan on July 19, 1946. in Clovis. She worked as a waitress at the Hotel Clovis and La Vista for many years. She was a Christian. She was a caretaker for her niece, Billie Cox.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two sons; two brothers; four sisters; three nieces; and three nephews.
She is survived by two sons, Roy Hardegree (and wife, Michelle) of Clovis and Gene Bohannon (and wife, Pat) of Belen; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at 1917 Grayson Court.
The Rev. Shirley Sweat will officiate the services. Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery in Lawton, Okla., at a later date.
