The Obituary as printed in the Indiana Daily Clarion Newspaper on Saturday June 5, 1937 is as follows:
William A. Foley, age 59, died at 9:05 o'clock Saturday morning at his home in McKaw Summit, after a lingering illness of three years. Surviving are widow: Harriett, Six daughters, Mrs. Walter Davis of Fairfield, Ill, Estella, Marjorie, Mary, Etta Joyce, and Waunita, all at home; Five sons,Floyd of Indianapolis, Lewis of Evansville, James of Princeton, Ross and Kenneth at home; One brother, Ross Foley of Oakland, City, Two sisters, Mrs. Estella Weber of Oakland City and Mrs. Ruth Foley of Princeton; 3 Great Grandchildren and a number of Nieces and Nephews. Mr. Foley had been employed as a Machine Operator at King's Mine for ten years and was a member of the King's Local #5584, the Masonic Lodge at Stanton, Ky. and the United Brethern Church at Oakland City.
