He is survived by daughters, Betsy Bachofer of Kansas City, Brenda Cameron (Tom) of Prairie Village, and Amy Jones (Jamie) of Overland Park, Kansas; grandchildren, Callie and Robbie Cameron and Teddy Jones; sister, Kaye Crawford (Lee); and brother, Loren Bachofer.
