Dies Suddenly

Dulaney Foster Carter, 78, died suddenly at his home in Marshall June 24.

His wife Mrs. Clara Virginia Lickey of Loudoun, died in January of this year.

He is survived by two daughters Mrs. Maxine Frazier of Middleburg and Mrs. Margaret Pearson of Marshall, two sons James Carter of Marshall and Ray William Carter of Hagerstown. Also three brothers Beverly Carter of Sterling, Stewart and Raymond Carter both of Marshall, one sister, Mrs. Manie Wood of Marshall, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren survive.

Funeral services were held 27 June from Royston Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. E. C. Hunt, pastor of the Assembly of God Church, Belvoir, Va. Interment, was in Friends Cemetery, Lincoln.

The pallbearers were Paul Bolen, Johnnie Pearson, Ralph and Walter Carter and Robert and Wilfred Wood.

Dulaney Foster Carter, 78, died suddenly at his home in Marshall June 24.
