He served in the Korean War and was an active member of Palmer Lake VFW 3915 in Brooklyn Park. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Eleanor; children, Jeanne (Brent) Helin, David, Cynthia (David) Francis, Charles (Candi), Carole (Joseph) Roden, Kenneth; 11 grandchildren, 3 great- grandchildren; many other family and good friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cremation Society of MN-Brooklyn Park Chapel
