Alderson, Neville "Ray", 90, died late Thursday night at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Durant, OK Nov. 24, 1918 to Barley Hamilton and Helen Octa (Hobbs) Alderson. He married Lela Mae Starks on February 17, 1940. She died in 1980. He married Laneta Laughary on March 24, 2000. Survivors: wife, Laneta; son, Michael (Patricia), Wichita; daughter, Nevillene Smith, Lawrence; grandson, Gerald Alderson, Wichita; step-daughter, Janice Schroeder, Goddard. Graveside service 10 a.m. Monday, White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice. Hillside Funeral Home East.
