Wanda is preceded in death by her husband; Bill Rose, parents; Ike and Lily Shumate, 10 sisters and 1 brother. Wanda is survived her husband Harold (Frosty) Jackson; children; Lily Slatha Woodruff and husband Rick Woodruff of Louisville, Kentucky, Billy Rose of Jellico, Tennessee, Marie Carr and husband Dewey Carr of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Jeffrey Lee Rose and wife Connie Rose of Williamsburg, Kentucky, sister; Dora Wilson of Harlan, Kentucky; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn her passing.
