Darell W. Canipe, 533 of 75 Hurley Road, Parkesburg, died unexpectedly Friday at home. An autopsy has been ordered.
A graduate of Kennett High School, he
worked for Quebecor Printing Inc., Atglen.
He served in the U.S.Marine Corps during Vietnam War and was a lifetime member of Kennett Square Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed hunting.
Born in West Chester, he was the son of Katie
Elaine Edwards and the late Allen J. Canipe of Avondale.
He was married to Joyce E. Hornberger Canipe
for 29 years on Feb. 21.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is sur-
vived by a son, Darren W., at home, and a daughter, Tiffany E., at home; a grandson; three brothers: Dennis B., married to Anna Capine of Tehachapi, Calif.; Duane of Avon-
dale; and Dwight, married to Maria Canipe of Wilmington, Del.; and a sister Del.; and a sister, Diane of Kennett Square.
