Mrs. E.P. Bunton, who died near Ebenezer on March 28, at the age of 81 years, left 89 living descendants, consisting of nine living children, sixty grand children and twenty great grandchildren, with twenty-eight children, grandchildren and great grand chilren deceased, making a total of 117 descendants. They are scattered all over the states from Kentucky to California. Quite a number of these were present at the funeral of their mother. Mrs. Bunton was born and reared near Ebenezer and was the daughter of William Roach. Her whole life was spent in that community. After the funeral services, which were conducted by Rev. S. H. Jones, she was laid to rest to await the call on the resurrection morn. Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord.
