Our loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 12, 2009.

She was born July 10, 1954 to Dr. LaMarr and Raona Evans Hilton in Salt Lake City, Utah, the third of five children. The "glue" that held us together.

She attended nursing school at Western Wyoming Community College and graduated from Salt Lake Community College as an RN in 2003 after working the previous 20 years as an LPN in Heber, Salt Lake City and Rock Springs, Wyoming. She was employed as a registered nurse for the Salt Lake Valley Health Department Travel Clinic, certified in international travel.

She provided immunizations, education, and treatment to missionaries and foreign travelers. She was a trusted expert in her field. She was a kind friend and role model to many who knew her. Her greatest joy was her family in the work of her own home.

She married Robert William "Bob" Barwick, Jr., on March 3, 1984 and was sealed to her family for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on March 3, 1988. She has three daughters of whom she was very proud: Raona "Ranie", Sarah "Sadie", and Emily "Emma".

She was a faithful member of the LDS Church and had a strong testimony of the gospel. She served a health mission for the church in Australia, and in many other callings including presidencies of the Relief Society, Young Women's, Primary and as ward and stake Girls Camp Director.

She lived to serve as many people as she could. She was empathetic, generous, loving, merciful, kind, enthusiastic, and spunky.

She is preceded in death by two daughters, that died in infancy; father; grandparents; brothers-in-law: Jack Edwards, Jerry Cederburg and Jim Cederberg. She is survived by her mother; husband, daughters, brothers: Ray, Mike (Lorraine) Cannon and Dennis (Angi) Hilton; sister, Peggy (Kevin) Sevy; brother-in-law, Bill (Joan) Cederburg; sisters-in-law, Marisue (Richard) Noble, Lil Serna, and Joan Cederburg, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends. We know that families are forever and look forward to seeing you again!

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bennion Heights Seventh Ward Chapel, 3045 West Bernina Drive (5837 South). Viewings will be held Thursday, July 16, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road (1700 West), and on Friday at the Church from 9-9:45 a.m.
