The Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Delores Kuklok, age 82, was Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Opole. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Delores died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Delores was born Aug. 9, 1921 in Bowlus to John and Lucille (Antonoski) Ohotto. She married Paul Kuklok on June 19, 1940 in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Bowlus. The couple lived in California from 1940 until 1943 when they moved back to the Opole area. Delores and Paul farmed in the Opole area for over 45 years. Delores was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Opole.
She is survived by her husband, Paul, Opole, her daughters and son; Helaine (John) Waletski, Royalton; Janice (Jim) Paggen, Holdingford; LuAnn (Peter) Gregoire, Fargo; Johnita (Bob) Dombrovski, Holdingford; and Mike Kuklok of St. Cloud. She is also survived by her sisters, Lorraine Gregerson, Minneapolis, Irene (Jerry) Roth, Monticello, Donna Forslin, Minneapolis and 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Delores is preceded in death by her brothers, Ted, Clifford and Ernie Ohotto and her sister, Rosanne Gretz and 1 granddaughter, Ann Waletski Parsons. Arrangements were made by the Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home in Holdingford.
