Arthur H. Seig

Funeral services for Arthur H. Seig, 73, of 1022 South St. Clair, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in Culbertson Mortuary. The Rev. J.B. Pettaway, pastor of Maple Street Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.
Seig died at his home Thursday. He had been in failing health the past three months.
A former shoemaker, Seig retired in May. Prior to then, he operated a shoe shop on the West Side.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Daisy Seig; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Butterfield, Blackwell, Okla.; two sons, C.A. Seig, 735 South Everett, and Marion E. Seig, Chillocothe, Mo.; a sister, Anna Clark, Kelso, Wash.; three brothers, Edward and Henry, Portland, Ore., and F.M. Seig, 3200 Murdock; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Arthur H. Feig Dies After Illness of Three Months

Arthur H. Feig, 73, of 1022 S. St. Clair Ave., died at his home Thursday.
Mr. Feig was born Nov. 16, 1880, in New Albany, Ind. He came to Wichita from Oklahoma in 1913.
Mr. Feig, a former shoemaker, has been in failing health for the past three months. Before his retirement in May he operated a shoe shop on the West Side.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Daisy Feig; daughter, Mrs. Ruth Butterfield, Blackwell, Okla.; two sons, C.A. Feig, 735 S. Everett Ave., and Marion E. Feig, Chillicothe, Mo.; a sister, Anna Clark, Kelso, Wash.; three brothers, Edward and Henry of Portland, Ore., and F.M. Feig, 3200 Murdock Ave.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
