FUNERAL SERVICES FOR GEO. T. BRADLEY
MONDAY AFTERNOON

George T. Bradley, aged 39 years,
Navarro county treasurer, died at his home In Kerens Sunday night at 10 o'clock following several years' Illness. Funeral services were beld Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the First Baptist church In Kerens with Interment in the Oak Grove cemetery. The rites were conducted by Rev. J. W. Ousley, pastor of the church. Bradley had resided in the Kerens community for 20 years.
He was elected Navarro county treasurer, in the November, 1944 general election following his nomination in the Democratic primaries in the summer of 1944. Surviving are his wife of Kerens,
A Son, George Bradley, Jr., U.S. Navy, Pacific area; parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Bradley, Trinidad, and several brothers and sisters and other relatives.
Naming of a successor to Bradley la expected to be considered Tuesday by the Navarro county commissioners court. Percy Stockton of Kerens directed the arrangements.
