Elenor Welch Nicholls Dove, 64, died Sunday, January 24, 1982 in the North Big Horn Hospital in Lovell after an extended stay of cancer. She was an active member of the Business and Professional Womens Club and had been an active member of the Lovell Women's Bowling League for years. She was born February 27, 1917 in Cowley, Wyoming, the daughter of John J. and Clara Welch. She had been a Lovell resident for her entire life. She married Herbert Arthur Nicholls. He died in 1969. She later married LaVern "Babe" Dove who died in 1980.

Survivors include one step-daughter, Melba Nicholls Tippetts of Lovell; two step-sons, Jack Dove of Cowley, Wyoming and Keith Dove of Biloxi, Mississippi; one brother, Jim Welch of Rozet, Wyoming; two sisters, B. Boutilier of Gillette, Wyoming and Bessie Cummings of Powell, Wyoming; 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Lovell, Wyoming L.D.S. Stake Chapel with Bishop Pat Crosby officiating. Burial will be in the Lovell Cemetery.
