Felice LUBIN


Felice Forgelman Lubin, age 82, passed away Thursday, December 2nd, surrounded by her loving family.

Born November 23, 1917 to Louis and Betty Forgelman, she grew up in greater Boston and attended Boston University until her marriage in 1939 to her beloved husband, David.

The moved to Leominster, MA and began a life-long partnership of unconditional love and mutual respect.

She was a devoted mother of two sons and a committed partner with her husband to the ownership and operation of their family clothing business.

She demonstrated impeccable taste in her clothing selections; and was recognized by her peers as operating the finest bridal salon in central Massachusetts.

She was an active member in her community's Sisterhood and Hadassah chapters in addition to other charitable organizations.

She and her beloved husband David moved to Wilmington in 1986 where she became a member of the Beth Emeth Congregation and its Sisterhood organization.

She will be best remembered for her grace, her wit, and her steadfast love and loyalty to her family.

She is survived by David, her husband of more than 60 years; her 2 sons, Laurence V. and his wife Susan of Mt. Kisko, NY, and Andrew M. and his wife Sarah of Wilmington; 7 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Funeral Service will be held at CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 2506 Concord Pike, Sharpley on Sunday Dec. 5th at 1 PM.

Burial will follow at Beth Emeth Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720 or to your favorite charity.
