Nina Jane Aday, 70, of Rt. 1, Tanner, died at her residence, November 25, 1949. She was born October 8, 1879, Danville, Alabama. She was the widow of T.P. Aday. Her father was John Odom. Buried in a Decatur Cemetery, Brown Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Aday Is Called Home

Services for Mrs. Nina Jane Aday, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. by Rev. E.W. Corley and Rev. E.N. Chandler at the Ninth Street Methodist Church.

The 70 year old Tanner 1 resident died Friday about 11:50 p.m. at her home. She was a native of Morgan County.

Burial will follow in the Roselawn Cemetery, Brown's directing. Mrs. Aday will lie in state at her home until time for the rites.

Surviving are two daughters: Mrs. Bertha May Craig, Madison 3; Mrs. James T. Posey, Tanner 1; three sons: C.P. of Decatur; W.M. of Michigan, and J.T. of Athens 8. Other survivors include 18 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will include: J.C. Mahaffey, John R. Butler, Cecil Julian; R.D. Compton, Marvin Yarbrough and Olon Sanders.

Mrs. Aday was a member of the Ninth Street Methodist Church for 25 years.
