She was born September 6, 1910, in Byron, in a family of 10 children, to William Walter and Julia Idella Sessions Graham.
Marcella was married April 3, 1930, to Floyd L. Allred in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. It was a double wedding ceremony with Floyd's brother, Angus and Elen Allred. Marcella and Floyd raised a family of six children and resided in Lovell all of their married life.
Mrs. Allred was a very gifted person with her leadership and homemaking skills and countless arts and crafts. She personally compiled many volumes of family genealogical records and histories. Her records were continually sought after and willingly shared with all who were interested. She enriched the lives of many.
She is survived by her twin brother, Marcell Graham of Spanish Fork, Utah; brother Ivan Gray Graham, Clearfield, Utah; a sister, Ila Winzeried of Benjamin, Utah; twin daughters Arvella A. Beckley and Arletta A. Lombardo and a son, Robert G. Allred, all of Clearfield, Utah; and daughter Dorthy Shutters, Colorado Springs, Colorado. She also leaves a heritage of 24 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her beloved husband, Floyd; an infant son, Paul G. Allred; daughter Ruth A. House and son Ray G. Allred.
Funeral Services will be held at the Lovell LDS Stake Center on Saturday, July 5, 1997 at 10 a.m. Friends and family may call at Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 South State, Thursday, July 3, from 6-8 p.m. and at Haskell Funeral Home in Lovell on Friday from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in the Lovell Cemetery.
