Fannie Spulick Decker was the daughter of Henry Spulick (Spulack) and Minna Hagenau. She was born in Durham, Maine but lived in Enfield most of her life. She was employed as a cook with the Enfield School System for 25 years, and was a member of the United Methodist Church of Enfield. She was married to Allen H. Decker who predeceased her 1972 and was survived by a son, his wife,; two grandchildren and their spouses; and three great-grandchildren; as well as a sister, Ella Lader of Auburn, NY.
