Helen Fae Bone
A funeral service for Helen Fae Bone, 89, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009, at Cason-Monk Metcalf Sunset Chapel in Nacogdoches, Texas, with Dr. Bill Gandin of First United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be at Douglass Cemetery in Douglass, Texas. Mrs. Bone passed away July 7, 2009, in Nacogdoches, Texas. Mrs. Bone was born February 27, 1920, in Corsicana, Texas, to Buford and Alda Farmer. Mrs. Bone was a loving and giving person who loved flowers and listening to music. She loved spending time at home with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Nacogdoches Garden Club. Mrs. Bone is survived by her son and his wife, David and Frances Bone of Cushing, Texas; one sister, Joann McCann of Nacogdoches, Texas; granddaughter, Kassie Hogan and husband, Jeff, of Centerville, Texas; grandsons, Oscar " Pat" Kelly III and wife, Rhonda, of Cushing, Texas, and Logan Presley of Nacogdoches, Texas.; great-granddaughters, Kelly Weiler and husband, Justin, of College Station, Texas, and Samantha Bailey and husband, Brad, of Centerville, Texas; great-grandsons, David P. Kelly of Cushing, Texas, James Lee Kelly Jr. of Nacogdoches, Texas, and Oscar "Pat" Kelly IV of Cushing, Texas; great-granddaughters, Chasity Lynn and Larissa Marie Kelly of Cushing, Texas; and great-great-grandson, Trenton Hogan Weiler of College Station, Texas. Mrs. Bone was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lealan Bone; her parents, Buford and Alda Farmer; and grandson, James Lee Kelly. Pallbearers will be Oscar "Pat" Kelly III, Oscar "Pat" Kelly IV, James Tarver, Leslie Haag, Jeff Hogan and Richard Bright. Honorary pallbearer will be Jeff Shinn. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at the funeral home. Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors.
