Born to Robert Edward Bradshaw and Margaret Wallwork January 10 1862 In Pendlebury, Lancashire, England. At 9 years old (1871) he came to the United States. In the 1880 Wyoming Census 18 year old Jesse has the occupation of a coal miner. He married Sarah Jane Glover September 30 1882 at the age of 20. Jesse and Sarah had 12 Children born in Utah Territory, Wyoming Territory & Idaho.
In the 1920 Idaho Census Jesse owned his home in Idaho and could read and write. Also in the home with him were his wife Sarah and son Albert Bradshaw age 14. His occupation was a farmer.
He died June 3 1928 in Brigham City, Box Elder, Utah.
