Cyrus Ramsey [sic], who has been in failing health for some time, died at his residence on West Chestnut street, on Monday afternoon. Mr. Ramsey was widely known, and had many friends. He was a genial, pleasant man, and always had an agreeable word for his acquaintances. He was a native of Cornwall, but came to Lebanon years ago, and has since resided here, with the exception of a short time he was interested in a livery stable in Harrisburg.
