LEBANON - Hilda W. Bell, 89, of 23 Woodland Estates died Wednesday in Cornwall Manor Health Care Center, Cornwall. She had been principal of the former Higbee School in Lebanon; was a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and Millersville University; a member of Trinity United Methodist Church; and a co-founder of the Good Samaritan Hospital street fair. Surviving are her husband, Dr. C. Ray Bell; a son, Charles R. III of Osterville, Mass.; three daughters, Susan B. Kline of Broad Brook, Conn., Helen Senft of Stockton, Calif. and Margaret Farling of Cleona; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1: 30 p.m. Monday in her church. Burial will be in Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 1: 30 p.m. Monday in the church.
