Duncan McLean Ansley
Memorial
Brother Dunk Ansley was born April 26, 1838. He came to this county in early manhood and early joined the Masonic fraternity of which society he was a faithful member for about forty-eight years. He tried to carry out the teaching of Masonery by doing good to those with whom he associated and spread light to the world.
At last death came at the command of the Grand Supreme Master of the universe. We hope at last he with all good men and Masons shall hear the welcome work: "Well done though good and faithful servant enter into thy rest."
Death called the brother Oct. 18, 1917. He is survived by a wife and many relatives and friends and the Lodge to miss his good work.
