Mrs. Phyllis Jean Aebersold, 52, of Route 2, Brandenburg, died Monday, August 1, 1983 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky.

She was born August 15, 1930, the daughter of Bradley Jupin and Marvel Beatrice (Look) Jupin. Her father, Bradley Jupin, preceded her in death on May 1, 1955.

Buck and Phillis were married February 14, 1951.

Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Marvel Look Jupin, Brandenburg; her husband, Theodore Lee (Buck) Aebersold; three children, Mrs. Gaye Jean Chapman, Brandenburg, Miss Carol Lea Aebersold and Mr. John White Aebersold, both of home; one son-in-law, Mr. Gary Philip Chapman, Brandenburg; one grandson, Gabriel Philip Chapman, Brandenburg; one sister, Mrs. Peggy E. Jones, Brandenburg; three brothers, Mr. Darwin R. (Bud) Jupin, Louisville, Mr. William E.(Bill) Jupin, Brandenburg, and Mr. Jack V. Jupin, Radcliff.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 4, from New Brandenburg Baptist Church where she had been a member since the early 1950's with the Rev. Tom Bridge officiating and assisted by other former pastors. Interment will be in New Brandenburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
