A resident of UNION, SOUTH CAROLINA. Killed Friday Afternoon about 5:00 P.M. three miles outside of Whitmire, South Carolina when his nw Dodge truck turned over four times and badly crushed his head.

Mr. Baker was in sight of the home where he was born when the accident occured. He lived a very short time after the accident.

Died at age of 48 years, 5 months, 23 days.
