Married for 71 years; loving father of 3 children; dearest grandfather of 8 grandchildren and great grandfather of 9. He is prededed in death by his sister Lois Hull. Mr. Deford was a Tool & Die Maker for Pontiac Motors, retiring after 40 years of service. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the US Army. He enjoyed hunting and playing cards but his biggest loves in life were his wife and fishing.
Visitation: Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. at our Waterford location.

Monday March 26, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Coats Funeral Home, Waterford. Burial at Clayton Twp. Cemetery, Arenac Co.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of MI Foundation-Myelomeningocele Care Center or American Kidney Foundation, envelopes are available at the funeral home.
