She was a native and lifelong resident of Bulloch County. She was a retired nurse's aide and sitter. She was a member of Red Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, James Lloyd Roberts; two daughters, Mrs. Loretta Williams and Ms. Patty Morris, all of Statesboro; four sons, Z.T. Waters of Charleston, Jack Waters of Faulkville, Charles Waters Kingsland and Bobby Joe Roberts of Statesboro; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Smith of Ellabell; 21 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 4 p.m. today at Hodges-Turner Funeral chapel, burial in Red Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
