She had one more son, Roy Franklin, but he was adopted by a couple named Pryor. He came to California to visit all of us in the early 1950's. Henry Frank, m. (3) Feb 19, 1920 to another widow, she had 4 children and she was my maternal grand-mother, Mary Lurany (Combs) Morgan, [1890-1948] and together they had 4 more children. A case of "yours, mine & ours." He m. another widow after my grandmother died, Mrs. Gladys Sampson, but there were no more children.
Note: The largest part of this information on the Vavaks was given to me by an aunt, who did a great deal of research on this family including trying to find their Vavak ancestors in Bohemia, in the 1970s, which she learned was defunked. No longer a country of that name. Miss Iva (Fredrick) married my uncle & became Mrs. Cecil F. Vavak, b. 1921 & d. 1996, interred at Fair Oaks Cemetery, Fair Oaks, Sacramento County, CA. We all called her by her nickname, (from grade school) "Freddie/Freddy." Dwc
