--Funeral services were to be held today for Mrs. Mary Qualls, 70, wife of William A. Qualls of Beardstown.
--The rites were to be at Beardstown Church of Christ with burial in Qualls Cemetery at Linden.
--Mrs. Qualls was a native of Hickman County but lived in Perry County 25 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
--Surviving, besides her husband, are three daughters, Mrs. Harriet Wright, Hurricane Mills, Mrs. Alva Sue Morris and Mrs. Betty Jo Edney, both of Lobelville; four sons, Garfield and Earl Qualls, Lobelville, Lewis Qualls, Centerville, and Howard Qualls, Navy; two brothers, Jesse and Joe Barber, Linden; three sisters, Miss Bertie Qualls, Mrs. Lula Chandler and Mrs. Era McAlister, all of Linden; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
