Beverly was the first born of Owen and Daisy McLain. She was affectionately known as "Veldean" to all her brothers and sisters. She was raised in Wayne County MS and moved to Jones County after she married. She was a wife, the mother of two daughters and one son, a wonderful "Nanny" to her grand-kids and great grand-kids, a caring daughter and a precious sister. She loved to watch Nancy Grace, QVC and HSN on TV, playing on her computer, bingo and babysitting her grand-kids. She was also a very classy lady that loved to dress up and I always think of a true southern lady when I think of her. We miss her so much already but we know she is with God and no longer feels the pain of cancer.
