FORT WORTH, TEXAS ---Vivian Ezell Frazier passed away October 18, 2001, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Richton, MS on August 23, 1913. She was preceded in death by her parents, A.W. Ezell and Augusta Tims Ezell, brothers, V.L. (Hix) Ezell, H.C. (Shorty) Ezell, James Bernon Ezell, Elmer Ezell and A.W. Ezell and a sister, Ora Ezell Nelson.

Mrs. Frazier is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Gayla and AL Redlow of Fort Worth, Texas, a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Fran Greenough of Mobile, AL, 7 granddaughters, 7 great grandsons and 5 great granddaughters, sisters, Lanola Ezell Hedman, Harleston Community and Betty Ezell Hedman, Marietta, GA.

Mrs. Frazier was often recognized for her outstanding teaching. She was a lifetime member of Delta Kappa-Gamma teachers' sorority, of which she was a local and state president. She was also a leader in the Pinellas County, Florida Classroom Teachers Association. She was a former teacher in the Pascagoula School System, having taught at South Elementary School and retired from the St. Petersburg, Florida school system.

Mrs. Frazier was a committed Christian and a lifelong member of the Southern Baptist denomination. She was an active church member who particularly loved the choir and Sunday School.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Pascagoula, MS and interment will be in Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula.
