Dies Suddenly
PERU (Tribune Area Special) — Dr. J. E. Randall,
64, prominent veterinarian of Bunker Hill, died
suddenly at his home at 11:45 a. m.
Friday of heart block. Dr. Ran-
dall was doing some work on his
front walk when he was stricken,
The resuscitator of the Pipe Creek
Township Volunteer Fire Depart-
ment was rushed to the residence
but Dr. Randall was dead before
aid could be summoned.
Dr Randall had resided in Bunk-
er Hill most of his lifetime. He
was born in Hamilton County, Ind.,
Oct. 1 1887 the son of Fremont
and Rose (Day) Randall. He was
married to Pearl Quinn of Bunker
Hill, who survives.
He was a veteran of World War l.
Surviving besides the wife are;
son, Dr. Don Randall of St.
Charles, Mo.; eight brothers and
sisters, Mrs. Mae Kinzer and Mrs.
Freda Stroud, of Carmel; Mrs.
Edith Wood and Miss Lura Randall.
of New Palestine Ind.; Mrs Eva
Passwater, of Noblesville ; O. D.
Randall of Westfield; Ernest Ran-
dall of Morgantown, Ind., and Cles-
ter Randall of Monticello.
The body was removed to the
Glazier Funeral Home. Funeral ar-

Monday at the Bunker Hill Meth-
odist Church.
