Abstract: Died at the home of his son, Floyd, "Yesterday evening he went out to feed his horse, and returning went in the bathroom, where he fell and was dead in ten minutes. Doctors pronounced it heart failure." He came to Pomona in 1896, two years later moved to Long Beach. A widow, one son and two daughters survive.
