Charles Frail, Jr., of Morris, CT, died May 10, 2009.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary (Dowling) Frail.

Mr. Faril had been a longtime resident of Charleston, SC.

He served his country in the U.S. Navy for twenty years. After he retired from the Navy, he worked as a longshoreman.

Mr. Frail, a 33rd Degree Mason, was Past Master of Union Kilwinning Lodge #4 in Charleston, SC.

He was the husband of Florence Frail and, in addition to her, Mr. Frail is survived by his children, Barbara Burch, William Frail, and Rena Chabot; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and one sister, Jean Dallon.
