He served his country in the U.S. Navy for twenty years. After he retired from the Navy, he worked as a longshoreman.
Mr. Frail, a 33rd Degree Mason, was Past Master of Union Kilwinning Lodge #4 in Charleston, SC.
He was the husband of Florence Frail and, in addition to her, Mr. Frail is survived by his children, Barbara Burch, William Frail, and Rena Chabot; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and one sister, Jean Dallon.
