Mrs. Nell Sexton, age 55, of Monticello, died Saturday March 16, 1974 at Somerset City Hospital after a short Illness.
She was the daughter of Gran and Mollie Sloglow Brummett, both deceased.
She was married to Raymond Sexton, who preceded her in death Oct. 30, 1973.
The following children survive:
Betty Alkins, James D. Sexton, Fred Sexton, Frank Sexton, Virginia Sexton, Juanita Owens, all of Monticello, Alice Griffis of Ludlow, Ky., Bobby Sexton of North East, Pa., Cathy Wallen of Monticello, Raymond Sexton, Jr., and Jessie Sexton, both of Modock, Md, Ann Godby of New Castle, Indiana,, and Mary Kelley of Monticello.
Also surviving is 1 sister,
Maggie Morris of Monticello.
Mrs. Sexton was a member of the Emanuel Baptist Church of Monticello.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 19 at the Hickey Funeral Home with
Rev. Richard Folger officiating.
Burial was in the Alexander
