Aged Resident Died Monday
Godfrey Brenner died at the home of his step-son, J.D. Starn, on South Main street, Monday noon, aged over 91 years. Mr. Brenner had been in failing health a number of years, but was able to be about the house until a few days before his death. He was a resident of Bryan over sixty years. He was born in 1812, and came to the United States with his parents when ten years old. Funeral services were held Thursday morning and interment was in Fountain Grove cemetery.
