Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, January 13, at one o'clock for Mrs. Maude E. Bigham, aged resident of the Braggadocio community. Mrs. Bigham was born in Carroll County, Mississippi, December 14, 1861 and passed away Saturday, January 11, at the home of Carl Webb where she made her home for the past few years, death being due to pneumonia.
She is survived by one son, Roy Myler of Festus, Mo., one step-son, Carl Bigham of near Braggadocio, and one step-daughter, Mrs. Mayme Swinea of Trezevant, Tenn.
The deceased was a member of the Baptist Church and a lady whom all that knew her loved and respected.
Services were held at the Baptist church in Braggadocio, conducted by the Rev. Earl Gooch, pastor of the Braggadocio church, with interment being made in Maple cemetery.
