John Henry Maples- Son of William Condra Maples and Nancy Long. Born 1797 in Jefferson County TN. Died about 1880 in Morgan County AL. He married Elizabeth Sharp, daughter of Thomas Sharp SR and Elizabeth Hodge, 7 Feb 1818, in Grainger County TN. Born 1798 in Grainger County TN, died 20 Jul 1893 in Morgan County AL.
Their children were: Rachel Helen, Matilda, Isaac, James W., Mary Eliza, Francis Scott, Caroline Edy, Harriet J., Elizabeth Ann, John Thomas, Rebecca E.

LAND: The house of John and Elizabeth Maples was located at 63 Cain Road in Somerville AL
