FAIRBANKS -- Jessie Osburn, 100, LaPorte and formerly of Fairbanks, died Sunday in LaPorte Hospital. She was born March 27, 1885, in Missouri to Gilbert Allen and Paulina Tucker Allen. Her husband, Fred, died in 1970. Survivors include one daughter, Eva Masters, LaPorte; one grandson and nieces and nephews. She was a member of Kingsley United Methodist Church. Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Kingsley United Methodist Church, Graysville. Burial is in Pogue Cemetery, Fairbanks. Visitation in the church from 9::30 a.m. until services Wednesday. DeBaun Funeral Hone is in charge of arrangements.
