Clarence Cassaday, 75, 261 South Fisher Street, retired employee of Wabash Cabinet Co. and B. Walter & Co., died in the Wabash County Hospital at 2 p.m. Tuesday. He had been critically ill for one week.
Mr. Cassaday was born March 28, 1883 at Andrews, the son of Lewis and Sarah (Clark) Cassaday. He was married June 25, 1903 at Wabash to Pearl Denney.
Mr. Cassaday is survived by the widow, one son, Paul Cassaday, Des Moines, Iowa, and one daughter, Mrs. Jeane Baker, Wabash, as well as one brother, Lon Cassaday, California; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Cassaday was a member of the First Methodist Church.
The body was taken to the Jones Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Services will be conducted in the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. R.C. Plank in charge. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery.
