Mrs. Grace M Clonts of Decatur passed away March 7, 1997. (She was preceded in death by husband, Horace C Clonts and son, Byron R. Clonts.) Surviving are three daughters, Bessie Jo Britt, and Beverly Swanson both of Decatur, Bredna Reid, Lawrenceville; son, Charles Berlyn Clonts, Lithonia; sister, Martha Howell, Douglasville; brother, Thomas McMichen, Norcross; 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 10 2p.m. at the Sweetwater Baptist Church (Sweetwater Rd., Douglasville) with remains placed in state at 1:20 Rev. Edwin Wix officiating. Interment, church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Horis A Ward Inc., Fairview Chapel, 770-474-1231.
