Funeral services for John Henry LaRose, age 57 of Dickson will be conducted Saturday June 27, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Earl Craig and Bro. Keith Sherwood officiating. Place of rest will be in the Marvin Addition of Dickson Union Cemetery. Those desiring memorials may be made to the American Lung Association. Services were under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. LaRose died Wednesday June 24, 2009 at his home. A native of Erin, TN he is the son of Mildred Louise Blankenship LaRose of Dickson and the late Lawrence Alfred LaRose. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Michelle "Kim" LaRose and his brother, Jackie LaRose. Mr. LaRose worked as an Electrician.
Along with his mother he is survived by his wife, Betty Work LaRose of Dickson; daughter, Sherry Tennille LaRose-Bowman and her husband Warren of Dickson; sisters, Joyce Karnes of Dickson, Sandy Underhill and her husband John T. of Dickson, Mary Buttrey and her husband Paul of Fairview, Becky Donegan and her husband Bill of Dickson, Gayle Johnson and her husband David of Dickson, Wendy LaRose of Dickson; grandchildren, Elijah John and Asher Nathanael Bowman; several nieces and nephews.
