DR. RUDOLPH BELL THOMASVILLE, GA.
Rudolph Bell, 84, of 2414 East Club Drive, died June 15, 1987 in Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born in Callison, S.C, he was the son of Beauregard and Mary Kate Dorn Bell. A resident of Thomasville for 57 years, he was a retired urologist and member of the board of Archbold Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah M. Bell of Thomasville; one son, Rudolph Mardre Bell of Staunton, Va.; one sister, Mrs. Bertie Rogers of Ellisville, Miss.; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be at First Baptist Church in Thomasville at 4 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Milton C. Gardner Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Kirkland-Croy-Hughes Funeral Home is in charge.

He has since 1930 with the exception of two years spent studying In New York practiced medicine at Thomasville, Ga. He was educated at Bold Spring school, Clemson College, University of Georgia. Medical School and did further study in urology at Cornell Medical Center.
6)After completing 10 grades at Bold Spring school, Dr. Bell stood and passed the entrance examination for Clemson. There he studied pre-medicine. He received much morale and financial aid from older brother G. D. [George Dorn Bell - oldest grandchild of George Elbert Dorn] at Clemson and also worked to aid in paying for his education.
