WATTS, MILLARD C. --Funeral services were held Thursday, April 10, for Millard C. watts, 78, of Elgin, who died April 8 at Scott County Hospital in Oneida. He was the father of Kimber Watts and Mrs. Kathryn Tompkins, both of Rugby. Survivors also include his wife, Mrs. Selma Pemberton Watts of Elgin; two other sons, J. C. Watts of Westland, Mich., and Ralph Watts of Sparta; three other daughters, Mrs. Iona Sumner of Robbins, and Mrs. Car Lee Ellis and Mrs. Shirley Fowler, both of Glen Allen, Va.; a brother, Charlie watts of Park Hill, Okla.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Parker and Mrs. Nora Boshears, both of Muskogee, Okla., Mrs. Opal Nash of Oleta, Okla.; 21 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Services were conducted last Thursday afternoon in the chapel of West Funeral Home in Oneida with Brother Roy West, Rev. Gary Parker, and Rev. Hubert Terry officiating.
